German Style Pretzel Rolls & Sausage-Pretzel - The Punkrock-Kitchen (even Punks have a good taste)
Ingredients I was using in this video: For the Bread: 1 Sachet Dried Yeast 1 tblsp Sugar 250ml Water, lukewarm 500g Very Strong Canadian White Bread Flour 1 tsp Maldon Sea Salt Also needed: Bicarbonate of Soda Coarse Sea Salt Frankfurters Pumpkin Seeds Method: To a large bowl add all ingredients for the bread. Get a fork and bring everything together. When everything is combined get your hands in and knead the dough for at least 15-20 minutes. Dust your with a little flour and cover the bowl
